At Studs, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible unworn jewelry. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain piercing products and earrings must remain in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your unworn items in their original Studs packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
